About me

I am Zahra Kandari, a biochemist who loves art. Before entering the field of biology, I entered this field because of my great interest in art and for several years I took various basic art courses from black ink to oil paint and worked in the realistic style. After finishing my master's degree, I felt that I had to return to art again, this time with a new style and approach, with a modern perspective and decorative paintings. The beginning of this artistic period in my life was accompanied by taking various courses in the fields of decorative and modern paintings, patina, and clothing design. It was at this time that I became acquainted with the field of sculpture painting and went to Russia and the school of Mrs. Evgenia Ermilova to take the course. I am one of her two Iranian students who were directly trained by her and am a candidate for her teaching position. The courses in antique mirrors, furniture, interior finishing of buildings, and modern plastering are the courses in which I am active. The reason I have worked in different fields is because I believe that all artistic fields are interconnected and not separate from each other, especially in the field I work in. In my field of work, all these fields complement each other. I have participated in six domestic and foreign exhibitions so far.
