Parastou Forouhar Among the Finalists for the 2025 Gabriele Münter Prize
The Designers Free Gallery has announced that Parastou Forouhar has been selected as one of the finalists for the 2025 Gabriele Münter Prize. The jury has chosen six finalists from a pool of 40 international artists, recognizing works that uniquely showcase the creativity and expressive power of women in visual arts while meeting the highest artistic standards and offering innovative perspectives.
In this regard, the Gunzenhauser Museum, affiliated with the Chemnitz Art Collections, plans to host a dedicated exhibition featuring the works of these artists from September 27 to November 16, 2025. This event not only honors the achievements of these artists but also provides an opportunity for a deeper exploration of the various dimensions of their work.
