Our business, an online gallery for visual art, aims to provide a platform for emerging artists to showcase and sell their artwork to a global audience. This platform tries to bridge Iranian artists to the global market and tries to establish a win-win situation for both parties. After establishing a more stable business condition this platform would be expanded to recruit more artists from all over the world. The business model is focused on celebrating diversity in visual art, empowering emerging artists, and fostering cultural exchange. By providing a platform for artists to showcase their works, tell their stories, and connect with a global audience,"Hands and Roots'Roots' aims to differentiate itself from competitors and create a unique value proposition. The platform will be developed in three phases: initially focusing on traditional visual art, followed by digital art, and finally expanding to include handmade arts. The reason to divide the project into 3 different phases is that each phase has its own characteristics and requirements. The primary objective is to create a supportive environment for artists while offering art enthusiasts a diverse selection of high-quality artwork. In the first phase, all artist profiles will be free for the first year, allowing artists to introduce themselves and their work. Subsequent phases will offer tiered membership options with varying benefits and durations.
