A Floral Exhibition by Nojoumi and Taqizadeh in Toronto
The exhibition “…Especially, in Spring…” featuring Nikzad Nojoumi and Zhinous Taqizadeh, two Iranian artists from different generations, opened on Friday, March 14, at Sahar Khan Block Gallery in Toronto and will run for 16 days. This exhibition showcases floral and botanical drawings by both artists.
Nojoumi is known for his political artworks and children's illustrations, while Taqizadeh is a multimedia artist who emphasizes concept-driven creations. The exhibition’s title is inspired by Ahmad Shamlou’s poem “The Death of Nazli.”
